After a lot of thinking I've decided to end markinjapan.com, for good. It's been fun and I thank all the people that supported my business over the years but I've decided to move on and concentrate on my game design career.

But,

I have ideas for another site that will help not only the import gamers but also gamers in general. I have big plans for a new site which I am designing now and will be ready, well, hopefully soon(read below). I need help with this new site as the content needed is too vast for just 1 person to do. So, I am calling all gamers who'd like to be part of something fun and exciting to contact me. I'm looking for the following people:

• PHP, Java, MySQL Coders with an interest in games(not really essential though).
• Database Admins with interests in particular types of game systems/genres. Who can compile lists of games for their chosen genre/system.
• Import Gamers with their fingers on the pulse of import gaming(and who can write news articles, stories, etc)
• Writers who'd like to contribute stories about the games they are playing, and can also do screenshots(themselves)
• Collectors who'd like to show off their collections and write stories about how they obtained rare games/items.
• Scanners who can either scan their own collection of games or hunt the net for the best scans.
• Info Searchers who can read Katakana and/or Hiragana and use this skill to find game covers/books/posters/music info through Japanese websites.

There is no reward for any of these jobs other than to be part of something fun and potentially important to all gamers. If you can commit your time and effort into something that could be an invaluable service to all gamers then please contact me and lets do this together!
